young girls. he is facing possession of child pornography. rob? >> there were no cameras allowed today with this 25 year-old that was in a red carole chum chute showed no emotion. with the new charges he was in a red- michel jump suit. already with the attempted abduction in late september. he is now accused of trying to take pictures of young girls at washington elementary in daly city in the month of march. >> we say that he was in a bathroom stall. taking pictures of four different girls. he heard and thought that they heard a camera and got a teacher but they did not know who it was. he does not have a record. however,
there was no data base for checking his sexual predator identity. and these photos, were shown and she said that is the guy. >> his photograph has not been made public because there could be more victims. prosecutors say that he is implicated in incidences at four different schools. facing 19 charges for of those charges are a felony charges. >> our team coverage continues we went to george washington elementary in daly city. to resel teresa estacio. there were relieved to hear this a arrest. >> as parents lined up to pick up these children at george waand washington elementary. they said that ever since last march. this strange man was caught taking pictures of corals

five murders in less than 24 hours. reggie kumar? >> this happened just before 3:00 p.m. to take a look. you can see investigators are gathering evidence searching for clues. we believe that this happened at this home word investigators are at that peach colored home. and three men were detained. there were taken to police headquarters. officers took photographs of what appears to be body tattoos. this is the fifth homicide in under 24 hours. in oakland. investigators have not said that this is connected with recent shootings just in the last 24 hours. >> with this recent, four people were killed and 812 our span in east oakland. including this morning just
after 6:00 a.m. two men were killed all sitting in a car on a 72nd near international boulevard. >> the suspect approached on foot walked up and the victims' were seated inside and opened fire. and the last three shootings and the last 24 hours the victims have been exceeded in side of the vehicles and approached by the suspect. what investigators are looking at is why are the what is the motive? if this is gang-related the victims have--being seated inside a vehicle. what happened? what transpired? >>pam: one of these man is 24 year-old robert dell a popular youth organizer. >> this 18 year-old student was shot to death by police and the month of may. this is his pictures. they say that he quoted a gun to the police but they have no
